EBLL registration usually starts December 1 of the year prior to the season (Dec 2009 for 2010 season).

We have an online registration system that is used for entering your parent and child information. This data is used by EBLL to assign to rosters, create tryout sheets for AAA, Major and Junior leagues, as well as other EBLL information.

Check your registration Status. Go into the online registration system and view the status of your application. We process applications on a weekly basis (Sat/Sun), P.O Box on Friday afternoon.

After you register online your spot is NOT Secured. You need to send in the signed system generated application and waiver forms built in the last step of the online registration process, along with payment.

If a parent enters in an invalid birth date and as a result you are put in the wrong league due to your error you may not be assured a spot in the League. If a waiting list exists for that league, you will be placed on it.

We will accept applications until we have reached the number of kids per league. All applications recieved after the league player counts are reached the players will be placed on a "waiting list". Note: AAA and Majors usually fill up fast.

Players who have not played EBLL the prior season need to send a copy of the players birth certificate. If you wish to have it returned to you enclose a self addressed stamped envelope with the application. All birth certificates will be shredded after registration has been completed for the season. If you do not wish to make a copy, please contact the Player Agent to set up a time to meet for verification.

Non Elmbrook Little League District Resident policy: Spots are first assigned to EBLL Boundary District resident players. If you would like to participate in EBLL and do not live in the Elmbrook Little League district we will hold on to your form and if spots are available in the division after Feb 15 you will be granted a spot. Players who play in EBLL but are actually in another little league district will need to receive a waiver from their current little league district. Contact Player agent for this info. Also, these players will not be able to tryout for All-Stars due to Little League International rules.

Registration received after March 15th will be subject to a late fee of $50.

Junior, Majors, AAA are $195, Minors 8 and Minors 6/7 are $125, Challenger League is $50.

Multiple Player Discount. 2nd player is $125, 3rd and beyond is $50. Note, if you have 2 kids in minors, in essence there is not a discount as the 2nd child is always $125

Non-Participation Fee is $50, if the parents decide they do not want to work the required amount.

For AAA, Majors and Juniors, After the early March drafts you will be contacted by your coach regarding which team they are on as well as practice schedules. For Minors, you should receive notification from your coach after the managers meeting, usually held in mid April. For more info regarding the draft, see the league information page on the web site.

Players wishing to re-enter the draft must mail in a written request to EBLL stating why the player wishes to re-enter the draft. The board will discuss during their scheduled monthly meeting to determine if the request will be granted. If the letter is not received prior to the board meeting prior to drafts, the request will not be granted.
