Many documents and forms on the website are in PDF format, which requires the free Acrobat Reader, available at www.adobe.com. This format allows documents to be printed so that they look as they were intended to look. These documents can also be saved to your hard drive for later access; once viewing the file, choose "Save As" in your browser and choose the desired location for the file.
