U9 - July 20th 1:30 - 3:30 at Mitchell Park

U10 - July 15 5:00 - 7:00 & July 18 5:00 - 7:00 at Mitchell Park

U11 - July 20th 4:00 - 6:00 at Mitchell Park

U12 - July 14th at 5:00pm at Mitchell Park

The Elmbrook Braves is a select baseball organization that supplements the EBLL leagues to provide a tournament baseball experience at the U8 through U14 ages.  Each Braves team is single-age with 11 or 13 players per roster as selected via tryouts.  If feasible, we will host multiple teams at a single age.  This requires the needed number of players and dedicated coaches.

Players selected for the Braves will enjoy both the typical EBLL schedule (placed on teams, per usual) at beautiful Mitchell Park while also experiencing tournament play and additional training with the Braves.  Please understand that Braves participation does not influence EBLL participation in any way – those who do not make a Braves team or choose not to try out for a Braves team will still participate in EBLL per usual as long as EBLL registration requirements are met.

Tournaments will take place between mid-April and mid-July and historically teams play in 5 tournaments.  Additionally, each Braves team will hold approximately 10 indoor practices between early-January and late-March.  Outdoor practices will be held but when the EBLL season begins they are somewhat limited and will take into account the EBLL schedule.

While not yet finalized for the upcoming season as we wait for indoor facility quotes, the cost for participation with the Braves this past season was $400.  This is in addition to the regular EBLL registration fee and includes all training facility rentals, tournament fees and uniforms.  Individual teams may incur additional expenses if agreed upon by the coaches and the parents.
